When it comes to the most valuable performers, I've got my eye on a few standouts. Wide receivers Brian Thomas Jr. and Parker Washington, safety Antonio Johnson, and cornerback Jabbar Muhammad all impressed during practices. But the crown goes to Trevor Lawrence, the franchise quarterback, who showed up and showed out.
Now, Washington takes the bronze, even though he started strong. Muhammad, our silver medalist, has improved immensely over the last year and is a real contender for a roster spot. And the gold goes to Brian Thomas Jr., who dominated as a deep threat and exuded confidence throughout.

Muhammad is definitely one of the biggest risers. He went from being an undrafted player on the practice squad to a potential 53-man roster lock. Another riser is rookie tight end Tanner Koziol, who proved his worth as more than just a fourth-stringer.

The biggest surprise? The rookie pass-catchers, including Koziol, Josh Cameron, and CJ Williams, who all performed exceptionally well. Cameron, in particular, made a strong first impression during minicamp.
